Emmett came to us as a feral yearling. He will halter and lead, and he has allowed his foster family to pick up his feet and work with him on the ground. Schooling has been intentionally slow so as not to traumatize him. He does trust and understands the "approach and retreat method of schooling". He is not fearful of people and is friendly and curious with people as well as his herd mates. If you go slow and steady with him and let him process what you are asking for, he will try anything. He is ready to start schooling and appears to be a very willing participant in anything his handlers have asked of him thus far. Emmett will require a kind and patient home with no time line for their goals for him. Emmett's placement fee is $300.
